丝网印刷，丝印在印刷前需要根据打印的图案做一些网版，颜色越多需要做的网版越多，成本越高，对位越难。一般都不会做颜色太复杂的图案，会限制在4色以内，且不能做渐变色，要求技术含量比较高，报废率很高。

热转印印花。图案要事先打印在转印纸上，将转印纸跟要印花的衣服对好位，在用烫画机转印衣服上，打印图案不透气，多次清洗后会起边，不能印在棉制品上，适合批量生产。

数码直喷印花机。打印过程是电脑作图-衣服摆放到机器平台-开启印花机开始印花，一张起印，不用制版可以根据客人需要将要打印的图案传输到电脑，结合印花机打印到衣服上，实现真正意义上的个性定制。

数码裁片印花机。数码裁片印花机是数码直喷印花机的升级版本，平台更大，有多个工位摆放衣服，使用的纺织专用工业级印花喷头，打印效率是数码直喷印花机数十倍，可同时打印多件衣服，但由于其设备尺寸过大，难以转移场地，并且设备价格高昂，不适合用来做个性定制，比较适合成衣加工厂印花。

Screen printing: before printing, screen printing needs to make some screen plates according to the printed patterns. The more colors, the more screen plates need to be made, the higher the cost, and the more difficult it is to align. Generally, we will not make patterns with too complex colors, which will be limited to 4 colors, and gradient colors cannot be made. It requires high technical content and high scrap rate.

Heat transfer printing. The pattern should be printed on the transfer paper in advance, and the transfer paper should be aligned with the clothes to be printed. On the clothes transferred with the hot stamping machine, the printed pattern is airtight and will rise after repeated cleaning. It cannot be printed on cotton products, which is suitable for mass production.

Digital direct jet printing machine. The printing process is computer drawing - clothes are placed on the machine platform - start the printing machine to start printing. One piece starts printing. Without plate making, the patterns to be printed can be transmitted to the computer according to the needs of customers, and printed on the clothes in combination with the printing machine, so as to realize the real personalized customization.

Digital cutting printing machine. The digital cutting printing machine is an upgraded version of the digital direct jet printing machine. The platform is larger. There are multiple stations for placing clothes. The special industrial printing nozzle for textile is used. The printing efficiency is dozens of times that of the digital direct jet printing machine. It can print multiple clothes at the same time. However, due to the large size of the equipment, it is difficult to transfer the site, and the high price of the equipment, it is not suitable for personalized customization. It is more suitable for printing in garment processing plants.
